We look at the roof’s age, overall condition and the extent of the damage before recommending anything. If a focused repair is likely to solve the problem reliably, we will say so. Replacement is usually discussed when damage is widespread or the roof is near the end of its useful life.

Many standard residential replacements are completed in one to two working days. Larger or more complex roofs can take longer, and weather can affect scheduling. We set expectations before work begins.
Yes. We can inspect visible storm damage, take photos and recommend repair or replacement options. We can provide documentation for the homeowner, but we do not promise or determine insurance coverage.
We protect the work area as practical, remove roofing debris and perform a final cleanup that includes a magnetic nail sweep. We want the property to look cared for when we leave.
